Welcome to Notezio. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of notezio.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

• The Site provides study notes, practice tests and cheat sheets for educational and informational purposes only.
• You may use the Site for your personal, non-commercial learning.
• You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, harms the Site or interferes with other visitors’ use of it, including automated scraping that places an unreasonable load on the Site.

2. Content and Intellectual Property

• The notes, practice questions, explanations, design and other content on the Site are created by Notezio unless otherwise noted.
• Some content is published in public repositories under an open-source license (such as the MIT License). Where a license file is included with the content, that license sets out how you may reuse it.
• For content without a license file, you may share links to the Site freely, but you may not copy, republish or sell substantial parts of it without our written permission.
• All third-party trademarks, product names and logos (including AWS, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and reference only.

3. No Affiliation and No Guarantee

Notezio is an independent resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Google or any other certification provider. Practice tests are written for self-assessment and are not official exam questions.

4. Accuracy of Information

We work to keep the content accurate and up to date, but cloud services and exam objectives change frequently. The content is provided “as is”, and we make no warranties about its completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability for any purpose. 5. Purchases and Donations

• Downloadable products (such as PDF study notes) and donations are handled through Ko-fi. Your purchase is also subject to Ko-fi’s terms and policies.
• Purchased files are licensed for your personal use only. You may not resell, share or redistribute them.
• If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

6. Advertising and Third-Party Links

The Site displays advertisements (including through Google AdSense) and contains links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of third-party websites or advertisers. Your dealings with them are solely between you and them. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Notezio and its creator will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, including exam results, lost data or decisions made based on information found on the Site.

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time, and changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
